Cancellation Policy:
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule all appointments or a payment in advance will be required for next appoinment. Alla Soler Aesthetics & Face Sculptor services are available by appointment only. We recommend scheduling your appointment in advance to ensure availability.
When to arrive
We recommend that you arrive on time. You must complete the forms or questions sent to you via mobile phone or email address prior to your scheduled appointment. The failure to do so will reduce the time of your treatment. By booking an appoinment you are allowing us to contact you via email, telephone, sms or whatsApp.
Late Arrival:
Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer a full experience. Late arrivals will not receive an extension and will reduce the time of your treatment.
Pets:
Not Pets of any kind allowed.
Methods of payment
Cash and Bank transfer only.
Gratuity
The gratuity you leave is entirely based on your satisfaction.
